Short Term Rental Specialists

At THE YARD, our mission is to provide our tenants with quality and affordable commercial units on a minimum 12-month Licence to Occupy - providing flexible terms for local businesses and private individuals. 

We currently manage 10 units ranging from 500 sqft to 2,500 sqft with vehicle access and  5m height to the roof pitch. Uses are for Light Industrial, Storage or Distribution purposes. Services include new lighting, 3-phase power, water supply and connection to the fire alarm system. Toilet facilities are also provided.

We are based in Guelles Lane, St Peter Port, Guernsey. The site has HGV access and parking for up to 20 vehicles.

We have secured our second site in Guernsey which will provide 7 additional Light Industrial/Storage units with spaces ranging from 1,000 sqft to 2,000 sqft. Independent studio and workshop spaces will also be available. Please email jb@redtreeltd.com for more information.
